Members Present:
Town Council: Melissa Engel, Tom Cordeiro, Scott Minnick and John Tuttle
Board of Finance: Ted Hintz, Sharon Kjellquist, Kurt Comisky, Henry Thorpe, Barbara Moore, and George Pfaffenbach
Board of Education: Alan Hurst, Sheila Wall, Joanne Barmasse Deborah Pessoni Debra Robinson
The meeting was called to order by Town Council Chair Melissa Engel at 7:00 PM followed by the pledge of allegiance.
Introduction: Melissa Engel welcomed everyone.
Report on Access Cable Channel – No report
Town Council Budget Policy Statement: Tom Cordeiro discussed the budget policy statement. Members of the various boards provided input on the policy statement. The policy statement will be presented to the Town Council at their next meeting for final approval.
Dan Olson spoke to the boards on clean energy initiatives available to the Town and the residents of East Hampton.
The boards decided to schedule another Tri-Board meeting in March. The board chairs will meet in the future to set an appropriate time and date.
